The paperwork we handle, so you don’t have to

September 7, 2026

There’s a lot that goes into a heating and cooling installation that never gets seen once the system is up and running.

Along with the installation itself comes compliance certificates, warranty registrations and, where applicable, VEU documentation. It’s an important part of every job, but it’s also another task that can take up valuable time if it isn’t managed properly.

At Finchetts, we take care of it all.

Our team completes the required compliance paperwork, registers warranties and manages the documentation needed to support a smooth handover. Everything is organised, completed correctly and ready when you need it.

As Emma from our team explains:

“Most builders never see the paperwork because we’ve already taken care of it. We make sure the compliance certificates, warranty registrations and VEU documentation are completed correctly, so there’s nothing left to chase at handover.”

It’s one less thing for you to chase and one less piece of admin slowing down your project.

Because we believe a good trade partner doesn’t just complete the installation. We make the entire process easier from start to finish.

Finchetts has been working across the region for more than 70 years. A lot has changed in that time, but our approach hasn’t: do the job properly, make things easier for the people we work with and be there when they need us.

From working around your schedule and holding stock locally, to handling the paperwork and supporting homeowners after handover, our goal is simple: make heating and cooling one less thing for builders to worry about.
